E-son is a professional in the field of fully fashioned knitwear products, with 10 years of experience in yarn sourcing and pattern developing, 15 years in knitwear programming and prototyping, 30 years in knitwear production. We employ 35 people who, between them, have an in-depth understanding of knitwear manufacture.

Our Plant location is in the city of Tongxiang which has been the largest center of knitwear products in China. The special skills workers, all kinds of fancy yarn, and accessories trim, which are required on our knitwear, were easily available here.

SEND US YOUR KNIT DRESS IMAGE AND SPEC
Send us the pictures of the knitted dress you want to develop by email, if you have the original sample, that would be the best. This can Accelerate the speed of knit dress developing.

YARN MATERIAL
If you have idea yarn material in mind for your knit dress pls tell us,and we will purchase yarn for you. We have more than 50 kinds of yarn are available for your choosing,if you can select the sample yarn color from the color book would be helpful for us. We can make the knit dress for you without any delay!

KNITDOWN FABRIC
the third step is our developing room will make a knitdown fabric with the yarn material you choosen before, we can show you the knitdown farbic by photo or by ZOOM meeting. and also we can send real knitdwon by express for your confirmation.

MEASUREMENT SHEET
Once you confirm the fabric and color, Pls provide us with the spec chart which include the chest, body length, sleeve length, the more detail the better.

MAKE A SAMPLE AND SEND IT OUT
The first knit dress sample can be finished within 7days. We are happy to send it out for your quality reference. I would like to mention here that the sample is free for you. but the courier fee will be charged on your side. Good business is often a two-way run, we provide free samples, you provide courier shipping, this most customers should be acceptable, do you think so?

FIT COMMENTS AND ADJUSTING
When you receive the first sample, pls make sure your modal tries it on. then tell us your fit comments, we will adjust and arrange the second sample accordingly with your fit comments and send it out for your reconfirmation.

SAMPLE APPROVED
After all things are confirmed, you can place your order. After receiving your order we will issue a contract to you. Our payment method is a 30% deposit, we need your deposit to purchase raw materials and the balance should be paid against the copy of B/L.

PRE-PRODUCTION BEFORE MASS PRODUCTION
We will arrange pre-production samples for you to confirm before mass production, we will not take the initiative to start mass production without your consent.

ARRANGE DEPOSIT AND START MASS PRODUCTION
The bulk delivery time is 30-40days, we will send the shippment sample for your confirmation before the packing, and we will pack it after you confirm.

PACKING AND ARRANGING SHIPPING OUT
We can deliver the goods with your appointed freight forwarder, and also you can choose using our freight forwarder, both are possible.

We have an independent proofing room to provide you with fast proofing service, we also have a professional QC team to provide 100% inspection service for each of your orders, and our production department will reasonably arrange the production cycle for each order to ensure on-time delivery.
