Many of my friends, especially designers, have recently revealed their idea of creating a clothing brand by themselves when talking to me. They want to design their own styles and sell their clothes through online sales channels. They ask us if we can support them in the initial stage of their business with small customization. After discussing with our boss, we decided that we could relax the minimum order limit and accept 50 pieces per color to show our support to the entrepreneurs.

SEND US-STYLE IMAGE
Send us the pictures of the knitted products you want to develop by email, if you have a sample you can send to us, that would be the best. This can effectively improve the speed and accuracy of the sample.
YARN MATERIAL
Tell us the yarn material you want to use, and we will purchase yarn for you. Of course, this yarn is better to choose from our existing yarn material. Because other we are not sure if they are available in stock, some yarns need to be made to order, and the case of making to order will require high MOQ and longer production lead time. Not very suitable for us.
KNIT DOWN FABRIC
the third step is our sampling room will be based on your requirements to weave small pieces for you to confirm, this confirmation can be sent to you to confirm the actual sample, but also through zoom meeting face-to-face communication to confirm. This can reduce the courier cost and shorten the proofing time. lots of our clients love it.
MEASUREMENT SHEET
Once you confirm the fabric and color, you need to provide us with the approximate size for our references, such as the body length, bust, sleeve length and other details of the size we have professional craftsmen can help you project.
MAKE A SAMPLE AND SEND IT OUT
The first sample will take about 7 days to complete, and we can send the sample to you by express after it is finished. I would like to mention here that the sample is free of charge but the courier fee will be charged on your side. Good business is often a two-way run, we provide free samples, you provide courier shipping, this most customers should be acceptable, do you think so?
FIT COMMENTS AND ADJUSTING
When you receive the first sample, pls make sure your modal tries it on. then tell us your fit comments, we will adjust and arrange the second sample accordingly with your fit comments and send it out for your reconfirmation.
SAMPLE APPROVED
After all, things are confirmed, you can place your order. After receiving your order we will issue a contract to you. Our payment method is a 30% deposit, we need your deposit to purchase raw materials and the balance should be paid before shipment.
PRE-PRODUCTION BEFORE MASS PRODUCTION
We will arrange pre-production samples for you to confirm before mass production, we will not take the initiative to start mass production without your consent.
ARRANGE DEPOSIT AND START MASS PRODUCTION
The production time for 50 pieces is 20-25 days, we will send the ship sample to you for confirmation before the product is packed, and we will pack it after you confirm.
PACKING AND ARRANGING SHIPPING OUT
Please arrange the balance after we finish packing, we will ship it to you by courier company after we receive your balance.
BRAND LABEL ACCESSORIES
Finally, I would like to add that because many customers are just starting to create their brands, some may not have a supplier of label accessories yet. You do not have to worry about this, we have long-term cooperation with suppliers of accessories and can provide sampling services. But it is better to make more labels and hang tags at one time because you have to use them for every batch of orders. Accessories supplier side also can not be small batch production, generally start from 1000pcs.
